Choose 1 on 1 private training sessions when you’re dedicated to developing your skills as a fighter in the most efficient way. The theme of each session varies depending on your skills and goals.
The private session is also suitable for first-timers.

Get fit & have fun
Muay Thai group training sessions are a great way to challenge yourself. This training makes warriors.
Group classes are open level – suitable for beginners and advanced trainers. Please let the coach know if you are attending for the very first time.
Please bring your hand wraps, a towel, and a bottle of water. Advanced trainers should bring also their own gloves and guards. Normal training outfit, no shoes needed.
